Half-day Seminar on ISO 50001/DOE SEP Added. Precedes Nov 2 Enterprise Smart Grid Conference

We're delighted to add a half-day seminar on two new and important energy management certifications: ISO 50001 and Department of Energy's Superior Energy Performance. Companies like Alcoa, Dow Chemical, Schneider Electric, Volvo and others have already used this approach and certification to reduce energy cost. ISO 50001 offers the same potential to reduce supply chain risk and for supplier differentiation as did ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental management).

This half day seminar is on Tues, Nov 1 from 1p-5p EST in Boston. This is the day before our full day conference on Enterprise Smart Grid which focuses on case studies on how firms use demand response, utility incentives, and technology to reduce energy spend by 10-30%.

Excitement is growing for these two events.

The city is full of conventions that week and the hotel only has 22 rooms left in the block. Be sure to reserve your hotel room if you need one as the conference and hotel will sell out.

Information on the event and hotel is here

Gold Sponsors of conference are CA Technology, Hara, and SAP. Exhibitors are Gold Sponsors along with Carbon Systems, Daintree Networks, DEKRA, and Serious Energy.

This new rule will establish an international framework to help manage energy supply.ISO power management 50001 standard applies to all aspects of energy, which can be controlled and influenced by an organization.
