Infrared Analysis is a useful new tool for identifying problems with building envelopes (especially during the winter) and in educating stakeholders (customers, management, investors, employees, etc.).

I've been teaching predictive maintenance for over 30 years... doing time-proven methods to keep equipment operating longer and at their peak op performance is the most sustainable, best LCA, and lowest carbon footprint, one can do. Great posting!
