Equilibrium Purchased by EnerNOC

EnerNOC announced it's acquisition of Boston-based Equilibrium. The acquisition extends EnerNOC offerings from Demand Response to carbon accounting. Equilibrium has a handful of customers. It is unclear at this time whether EnerNOC is going to aggressively enter the Enterprise Carbon Account (ECA) market or EnerNOC valued picking up a full software development team for other needs.
